Google to sell DoubleClick's business

Beijing time on November 8, according to foreign media reports, Google (Google) recently to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) submitted by the 10-Q document management, the company's Performics to sub-sector SEM (search engine marketing) business France to the sale of advertising giant Publicis (Publicis) trading price of 53,000,000 U.S. dollars.

Performics was under the DoubleClick advertising network, Google in March this year, completed the acquisition of DoubleClick after the (trade amounted to 3,100,000,000 U.S. dollars), Performics business into Google. Google said on August 6, Performics will be sub-sector SEM business sold to Publicis. The transaction was completed by early September this year, but Google has not disclosed the specific transaction price.

Publicis as one of the world's major advertising agency, headquartered in Paris, its advertising covers television, magazines, movies, radio and the Internet, and so on. Analysts said the sale of its Google SEM business is the main reason: the business with Google's core business in conflict and undermine the business SEM Google search ranking of impartiality.
